Mind-blowing hotel with English-speaking staff. Amazing surprise voucher for free coffee and dessert. Delicious food. Spacious and fresh room with daily water bottles. Quiet, clean, and super comfortable bed. Breakfast with endless options and even dessert. Spotless, cheap, and great value for money. Staff speaks enough English. Nice security feature with key swipe in elevator. Incredible bar and restaurant with a cozy balcony. Perfectly working A/C. Short drive to riverside with plenty of restaurants and boat rides. Highly recommend for a quick stopover.

The hotel is located on a busy road with noisy trams passing by, which can be a bit bothersome. the views from the hotel are not very inspiring, as there is an abandoned industrial area in the direct vicinity. the rooms are quiet and clean, with comfortable beds and an AC. the breakfast offers a variety of dishes to choose from, including sandwiches, salads, and even dessert. the hotel also provides parking facilities.
There were no slippers provided in the room and the bathroom tiles were not heated, which made it uncomfortable to walk around barefoot.

The hotel staff understood English, making communication easy. Despite a minor inconvenience of missing marmalade at breakfast, everything else was great.

The hotel's breakfast was wide-ranging and the staff was friendly, which made our mornings more enjoyable. The beds were comfortable and we slept well during our stay. the hotel's location was very convenient, close to several key attractions and restaurants.
The hotel's air conditioning didn't work properly, leaving our room uncomfortably hot during the day. , the walls were thin, and we could hear our neighbor's TV with great clarity.
